Targeted Case Manager – Bay

Provide comprehensive case management for adults, children or adolescents and their families, to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community. Link client/parents/guardians to mental health treatment services utilizing a holistic approach with individuals, groups, siblings or families. Involves a broad range of training and development activities and quality documentation of services provided. Minimum qualifications include:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or related human services field and have a minimum of one year of full time or equivalent experience work with children with serious emotional disturbances or;
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and three years full time or equivalent experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances.
Complete ADM approved mental health targeted case management training prior to employment or within six months of contract.
Knowledgeable of available resources in the service area for children with serious emotional disturbances; and comply with federal and state statutes, rules, directives and policies that affect the target population.

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – ALL COUNTIES

The Behavioral Health Technician BHT is assists primary counselors/therapeutic staff by providing clinical support services to adults or children who are receiving mental health services in schools or community based programs. Education requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk families and adults.

Certified Recovery Peer Specialists–ALL COUNTIES

CRPS needed to provide peer mentoring and support to individuals who are consumers of mental health services. Qualifications include a mental health consumer who has been diagnosed and in recovery from a mental illness within the past two years, who is willing to be a role model for adults and/or children with serious or persistent mental illness.
